Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Options and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping (available on selected items): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be impacted by external factors such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or customs processing. LexaMall is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package as it progresses toward your delivery address. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipping.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and order value. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where LexaMall has made an error in the order or shipping.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that LexaMall is not liable for shipments lost or delayed by postal or courier services. In cases where an order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Signature Requirement

For orders over $200, LexaMall requires a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of high-value items. If no one is available to sign, the courier may attempt a second delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Additional fees for redelivery or pickup may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

LexaMall currently offers international shipping to select countries. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs inspections. LexaMall is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping; these are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to LexaMall due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. LexaMall will not issue a refund for the initial shipping cost, and reshipping will only proceed once the reshipping fee is paid.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as processing begins immediately. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at 📧 support@lexamall.com within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item as part of the assessment process. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit as appropriate.
